2.How should I pay with Visa or MasterCard if I don't have a Paypal account?
If you do not have a paypal account, you can still use your credit card or debit card to check out via the paypal website.
Click "Confirm order", then it transfers to the Paypal's page. Please select your country, input your credit card information.
All these are very safe, please don't worry.

3.How to buy online?
Choose the right products at passpeak.com, then add them to the shopping cart, or click the "checkout" button directly. If you buy more than one product, you can simply continue to shop and you can see your shopping cart information in the upper right corner. If you are not our registered user, you will be taken to the registration page. After registration, you can complete your operation in the payment page. 4.If I buy, how soon will I get the product?
It will take some time to process your order on paypal. After your successfull payment, we will send you the product or the download link by email within 10 hours. Do contact us to check your status if you didn't receive the product after 12 hours.

5.There is no payment button in some products pages, why?
We regret that the product you need is being updating now. You can send email to suppport@passfine.com. We will note down your request, and when we have finished the update, we will email you at the first time.

6.I can't find the product I want. What should I do?
Please firstly make sure that the exam code you get is a correct one. However, if you still cannot find the product, you can send email to suppport@passfine.com to tell us the exam you want. We will try our best to help you. We will note down your request, and when we have the product, we will email you at the first time.

7.Can I get a full refund if I failed?

1.What are the details of passpeak Q&As?

6.What format are passpeak products in?
